When we explore how healthcare is provided around the world, we encounter new ways of thinking and problem-solving.

This event invites healthcare professionals – occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech therapists, nurses, and more – to reflect on the role of culture, context, and global diversity in everyday practice.

Together, we will discuss how international perspectives can help us understand patients’ and clients’ needs more holistically, question assumptions, and promote greater effectiveness, humanity, and satisfaction for everyone involved in healthcare.

Globale Perspektiven in der Gesundheitsversorgung – Kultur, Kontext und Vielfalt als Ressource

Wenn wir untersuchen, wie Gesundheitsversorgung weltweit geleistet wird, lernen wir neue Denkweisen und Problemlösungsansätze kennen. Mit dieser Veranstaltung laden wir Gesundheitsversorger *innen ( Ergotherapeut*innen, Physiotherapeut*innen, Sprachtherapeut*innen, Pfleger*innen) dazu ein, über die Rolle von Kultur, Kontext und globaler Vielfalt in der täglichen Praxis nachzudenken. 

Wir werden gemeinsam diskutieren, wie internationale Perspektiven uns helfen können, die Bedürfnisse von Patienten/Kunden ganzheitlicher zu verstehen, Annahmen zu hinterfragen und eine höhere Wirksamkeit, Menschlichkeit und Zufriedenheit aller in der Gesundheitsversorgung zu erzielen. 

Die Veranstaltung findet in englischer und deutscher Sprache statt. 

Die Weiterleitung an Lehrende und Lernende ist unbedingt erwünscht;-).
